Daisy Green was admitted to Rehab Center of Cheraw with diverticulitis, dehydration and fatigue. Upon being admitted, Daisy required extensive assistance for all daily tasks, walking, balance, transfers, and activity tolerance.

    Daisy worked hard, always was ready for therapy sessions and demonstrated a willingness to get better and stronger. Each day, she was eager to progress and discharge home safely. Daisy is now walking, performing daily routine tasks with supervision, and transferring with supervision. Daisy is preparing to return home with her family, and we want to congratulate her on her success in rehab and recovery.
